- Health and Safety: Ensure that health and safety processes and procedures are adhered to.
- Degree Qualification: Hold a degree in architecture or a relevant field.
- Experience: Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in working with complex buildings in nuclear or highly regulated industries.
- Clearance: Be able to gain SC clearance.
- Chartership Status: Ideally, hold chartership status.
