About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team as a Talent Development Specialist. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a robust, people-focused HR strategy that aligns with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement HR Strategies: Collaborate with our leadership team to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business growth and improve employee engagement.
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition for new hires.
  • Employee Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs that align with business needs and support employee growth and development.
  • Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations matters, including absence, probation, disciplinary, grievance, and performance issues.
  • Culture Development: Help develop a culture of learning and identifying areas that need attention to support business growth.
  • Pay and Benefits: Work closely with leaders to ensure pay and benefits align with the market and apply consistently across the group.
  • Learning and Development Needs: Support managers to identify learning and development needs and identify suitable solutions to address those needs.
  • Change Management: Provide guidance on the people implications of change, ensuring change is well-managed, carried out legally, and communicated effectively.
  • Payroll and HR Metrics: Oversee all offers of employment, changes to terms and conditions, and produce and monitor HR KPIs and metrics.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience in a broad, generalist, multi-site role in a similar sector where the business relies heavily on people to deliver great service.
  • Recruitment and Selection: Previous recruitment and selection experience.
  • Leadership Qualities: Able to demonstrate leadership qualities with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong stakeholder management skills, commercially astute, and experienced business partnering.
  • CIPD Qualification: CIPD level 5 or 7 (desirable but not essential).
