Senior Care Assistant Position

Excelcare Holdings is a reputable Care Home group committed to delivering exceptional care to older adults with diverse needs. As a Night Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents, working closely with a dedicated team of professionals.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising and mentoring a team of Care Assistants to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
  • Collaborating with the Home Manager, ancillary teams, and other Senior Care Assistants and registered nurses to maintain high standards of care.
  • Creating and implementing person-centred care plans and risk assessments to meet the specific needs of our residents.
  • Engaging in meaningful activities and promoting independence, choice, dignity, and respect among our residents.

We offer a competitive salary of £13.20 - £13.60 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications, along with benefits such as 28 days holiday, free on-site parking, and a comprehensive induction program.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and caring individual with two years' experience as a Care Assistant or Senior Care Assistant with an NVQ 2/3 qualification in Health and Social Care, or three years' experience without an NVQ. Your passion for delivering exceptional care will make you a valuable asset to our team.
