Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Change Management and Communications Lead to support our Finance Transformation programme. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing communications across the programme, identifying requirements and delivering a tailored Change Training and Communications approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Change Management strategy to support the programme's objectives
  • Lead and manage communications across the programme, including stakeholder engagement and status briefings
  • Collaborate with Finance leads and their teams to ensure scope is comprehensive and aligned with the overall Finance strategy
  • Deliver a community of users prepared for go-live across the programme's scope
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and engagement skills, with the ability to influence at C-level
  • Expertise in change management, including stakeholder management and delivering enduring change in Finance
  • Ability to translate project plans and objectives into relevant, actionable change-oriented scope, plans, and deliverables
  • Strong influencing and communication skills to work with, direct, and influence GPOs and their teams, project managers, and workstream leads
