Job Summary

The Finance function has launched a comprehensive Finance Transformation programme, aiming to drive significant improvements across the business. As a key member of the programme team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the early priority deployments and leading Change and Communications for the broader programme within Finance and across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver a tailored Change Training and Communications approach to support the Transformation programme.
  • Lead and manage Communications across the programme, engaging relevant stakeholders and delivering key messages through status briefings and other channels.
  • Collaborate with Finance teams to develop and implement effective communication strategies, highlighting opportunities for improvement and driving business outcomes.
  • Manage trainers and training agendas to support the programme scope, aligned with the overall Finance strategy and People agenda.
  • Build and engage a community of users within and outside of Finance, preparing them for go-live across the programme scope.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and engagement skills, with the ability to influence at C-level.
  • Proven expertise in change management, including stakeholder management, with a track record of delivering enduring change in Finance.
  • Strong analytical skills to translate project plans and objectives into actionable change-oriented scope, plans, and deliverables.
  • Ability to challenge and validate scope identified by Finance leads and their teams to ensure comprehensive coverage.
  • Metrics-driven approach to demonstrate delivery and anchoring of change.
  • Excellent influencing and communication skills to work with, direct, and influence GPOs and their teams, project managers, and workstream leads within the programme.
