Job Title: Early Years Instructor

Join our team of passionate and dedicated professionals at Ultimate Activity Camps as an Early Years Instructor. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, structured sports, art, and play activities to our Early Years children.

About the Role:

  • Deliver engaging and interactive activities that promote participation, development, and enjoyment for children aged 4-5.
  • Ensure the welfare and safety of children on camp, adhering to all policies and procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with the Early Years Leader to maintain a positive and supportive environment.
  • Supervise and engage with children outside of activity times, promoting social skills and friendships.
  • Adapt activities to meet the individual needs of children in your group, recognizing their diverse backgrounds and stages of development.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with children aged 4-5 in a sport, art, or education setting.
  • Confident instructor able to adjust delivery and structure according to age and ability.
  • Good organisational and communication skills.
  • Flexible and team-oriented, able to adapt to dynamic situations and challenges on camp.
