Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at Rite Recruit Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and revenue generation through strategic sales and recruitment initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a sales strategy to identify and pursue new business opportunities, resulting in increased revenue and market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Utilize lead generation processes and research to build a pipeline of prospective clients, converting them into sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure seamless execution of recruitment services, meeting client expectations and delivering high-quality results.
- Manage client relationships, including selling in candidates, ensuring speed, momentum, and control throughout the recruitment process.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive growth.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong B2B sales and recruitment experience, with a focus on client acquisition and relationship management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong research and planning skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
