- Brief and work closely with the delivery team to ensure suitable candidates are sourced quickly.
- Proof job adverts and marketing materials to attract the most suitable candidates.
- Manage client relationships, including selling in candidates, ensuring speed, momentum, and control is maintained throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage candidates at the second interview stage through to placement.
- Take control of candidate and client management at the job offer stage.
- Client account management.
- Manage credit control, counteroffers, and dropouts.
- Obtain client testimonials and referrals.
- Research and recommend networking opportunities.
- Represent our client at events.
- Develop strong internal working relationships.
- Contribute to strategy as required.
