Role Overview

As an Account Executive at UPS, you will be responsible for building on our industry-leading reputation to drive growth and maximize existing business opportunities. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, you will identify and convert new business leads, manage and retain existing accounts, and develop strategies to expand the customer base and generate new revenue.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and convert new business opportunities through door-knocking, LinkedIn, cold calling, and other sales techniques
* Manage, retain, and develop existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
* Grow the customer base to generate new revenue and drive business growth
* Implement customer accounts and train them on solutions, coordinate efforts to meet customer needs

Requirements

* Solid B2B sales background with experience in uncovering new business leads
* Persistence and influence to close sales, good communication and teamwork skills
* Natural ability to communicate both verbally and in writing, with organization and experience with MS Office
* Ability to problem-solve and manage time effectively, with a focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty

Location

This role is based near Ipswich, Bury St Edmunds, Cambridge, Norwich, or Colchester, and you will be required to work in one of these locations.
