Employment Type:
- Flexible working schedule, up to 50 hours weekly
- Compensation up to £40,000 annually + TRONC

As a Sous Chef, you will report directly to the Head Chef of a dynamic and ambitious establishment aiming for growth across the Cotswolds and beyond.
At The Ebrington Collection, our culinary focus includes sharing premium cuts of meat and whole fish, expertly prepared over open flames and in the Josper grill, complemented by a creative bar snack menu that highlights British ingredients and pub culture. This position is perfect for a driven Chef looking to advance their career within our organization, offering substantial opportunities for professional development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assume full responsibility for kitchen operations in the absence of the Head Chef
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local, high-quality suppliers
- Oversee stock management and procedures
- Manage daily kitchen operations, including training junior staff
- Encourage a culture of teamwork and respect among all staff members
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, food safety, and hygiene regulations
- Maintain kitchen equipment in a safe and proper manner
- Deliver consistent service in a clean and professional kitchen environment
Qualifications and Key Attributes:
- Proficient in English communication
- Prior experience in a Sous Chef position or higher
- Positive and proactive attitude
- Health and Safety and Food Hygiene Certificates (minimum level 2)
