We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Kitchen Assistant to join our team at Peverel Court Care. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of care and service for our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Chef in kitchen duties, promoting the wellbeing of residents and maximising their quality of life.
- Ensure a safe and secure environment for residents and staff, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Report any accidents effectively and maintain confidentiality when required.
- Demonstrate exceptional time management, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
- Communicate effectively with residents, staff, and management, maintaining a professional and respectful attitude.
