About the Position:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to customer enquiries and resolving queries
  • Process orders with high accuracy using required systems
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with customers, dealers, and internal/external stakeholders

Key Accountabilities:

  • Provide first contact for incoming enquires, ensuring highest standards of customer service
  • Deal with queries and problems from dealers, end users, and the public, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Monitor live chat function on website

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in customer-facing role, preferably in business-to-business environment
  • Excellent customer service skills, with genuine interest in helping customers
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build rapport with diverse customers

Salary and Benefits:

£25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits package including pension scheme, life insurance, and annual leave.
