Supportive Living Assistant

Responsibilities and Expectations

- Schedule and manage staffing rotas, ensuring optimal coverage and efficiency.
- Supervise and evaluate staff performance, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Engage with residents, families, and healthcare professionals, promoting effective communication and collaboration.
Your Requirements
- NVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
- At least one year's experience in a care setting, showcasing leadership potential and a passion for delivering exceptional care.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
