Anaesthetics ICU Specialist

Deliver high-quality anaesthetic care for all patients and support the smooth running of the surgical lists.
Support efficient theatre utilisation for the effective management of resources and maintenance of our short waiting lists for private, insured and NHS patients.
Take ownership in the successful performance against key performance indicators, ensuring zero compromise to the quality of care or clinical excellence for patients.
In collaboration with other colleagues, maintain and develop quality standards and improvement throughout the theatre department and in line with any relevant accreditation requirements.
Provide clinical anaesthetic advice as and when needed, supporting pre operative assessment nurses.
The successful candidate should have wide anaesthetic experience and be on the Specialist Register with the GMC.
Eligible to register with private medical insurance companies (BUPA, AXA-PPP etc).
An agile, dynamic and dependable individual able to work flexibly and respond to urgent matters whilst following instructions/agreed processes.
An ambitious clinician with the desire to learn from their peers, develop their skills and positively contribute to the success of the hospital Group.
