Health Data Quality Specialist

As a Health Data Quality Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and accuracy of data received from clients. Your role will involve working closely with the Insight and Feedback Team to design and deliver innovative technology-enabled data collection solutions.
Your primary objective is to guarantee that survey mailout data meets specific sampling criteria, ensuring timely invitations are sent to the correct participants. You will also provide expert guidance and support to clients on all aspects of the survey programme, from initial data receipt to final report generation.
Responsibilities:
- Undertake thorough integrity checks on incoming data to verify its compliance with set criteria.
- Collaborate with the Insight and Feedback Team to develop and implement data collection strategies.
- Provide comprehensive support to clients on survey programme specifics and protocols.
- Liaise with clients to resolve data/sampling errors and facilitate resolution.
Requirements:
- A high level of IT literacy, particularly in MS Excel and Word.
- Experience in using bespoke databases for file reception and workflow creation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A strong desire to learn the technical aspects of the role.
