Senior Maintenance Project Coordinator

Combined Facilities Management Ltd is seeking a skilled and experienced Contracts Manager to join their team in Northern Ireland. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversight of KPIs in place with clients, including recording corrective actions and improvements.
- Management of applications using internal systems, with a focus on daily planning and scheduling of work with the Depot Planning Teams.
- Coordination and management of the supply chain, including progress and performance meetings with suppliers to ensure delivery of services.
- Liaison with NIHE management on contract matters, including responding to queries, complaints, and preparation of KPI challenges, contractor reports, and improvement plans.
- Liaison with the Stores Personnel to ensure all materials are available to support work streams operating according to planned schedules.
- Management of Depot Facilities, Vehicles, and Equipment in line with processes set out in CFMs Integrated Management Workflows.
Requirements:
- Experienced in the Construction Industry, with good written and verbal communication skills.
- A valid UK Driver's License.
- Desirable Criteria: CSR Supervisor Card or NVQ equivalent, previous experience in a Leadership Role, IT Skills, and knowledge of Microsoft applications.
