Job Title: IFA Administration

We are seeking an experienced and skilled IFA Administrator to join our team at Lime Search & Select Ltd. As an IFA Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the financial advisory firm in providing sound financial advice to individuals and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Office Management: Manage the office in the absence of the Practice Manager, ensuring a smooth operation of daily tasks and workload management.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise administrators in daily tasks, workload management, and performance management.
  • Induction and Training: Assist with the induction, training, and development of new and existing employees.
  • Diary Management: Ensure the advisors' diaries run smoothly and are always correct.
  • General Administration: Ensure all logs are kept up to date, regulatory deadlines are adhered to, and the Practice Manager is informed of any bottlenecks.
  • Client Administration: Be able to drop into a full administrative role when required.

Requirements: We are looking for an experienced IFA Administrator with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial advisory firm. You should have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A background in financial planning and financial advice is desirable.
