About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Risk Management and Compliance Specialist to join our team at Silverstone Circuit. The successful candidate will have a strong background in fire safety and risk management, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive fire safety policies and procedures, conducting regular fire risk assessments, and overseeing fire safety standards during events.

The estimated salary for this position is £60,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include a competitive pension scheme, life assurance, and annual leave entitlement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain comprehensive fire safety policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular fire risk assessments and inspections.
  • Collaborate with event organisers, vendors, and contractors to ensure adherence to fire safety requirements.

Requirements:

  • NEBOSH Fire Safety and Risk Management Certificate or higher qualification in Fire Safety/Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a fire safety, compliance, or risk management role, ideally in a high-occupancy venue or large-scale events environment.
  • Strong understanding of UK fire safety laws, codes, and standards, including the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.
