About the Role


We are seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Welby Close in Sleaford. As a key member of our support team, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for the individuals we support.



Job Description


You will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our service users, helping them to gain independence in their daily lives. This may involve assisting with personal care, teaching new life skills, and encouraging participation in local community activities.



Key Responsibilities



  • Provide person-centred care and support to individuals with varying needs and abilities.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team to achieve excellent outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individualised care plans.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required.


Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • A passion for delivering high-quality care and making a difference in people's lives.
  • Experience working with vulnerable adults or children, preferably in a care or support setting.
  • A full UK driving licence is desirable but not essential.
  • The ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
  • Resilience, empathy, and strong communication skills.
  • DBS clearance (Disclosure and Barring Service).
