**Job Title:** Vocational Assistant

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Vocational Assistant to join our team at Voyage Care. As a key member of our support team, you will work collaboratively with our supported living service team to deliver high-quality care, supporting individuals with complex needs to live independently.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Deliver person-centered care to individuals with varying levels of need, including those with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, and traumatic backgrounds.
  • Develop and implement personalized support plans that promote independence, confidence, and empowerment.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring timely submission to relevant authorities.

**Requirements:**

  • Degree or equivalent in Social Work, Health Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working in a similar role, preferably within a supported living setting.
  • Possession of a full UK driving license (essential).
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

**Salary:**

£11.57-£12.57 per hour, dependent on experience.
