We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust. As a Specialist Clinical Pharmacist in Community Services, you will play a vital role in providing safe and effective medicines optimisation services to our community hospital sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical pharmacy services to patients in our community hospitals
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve medication safety and adherence
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A strong understanding of medicines management and clinical pharmacy practice is essential.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £54,000 - £83,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including flexible working arrangements and access to ongoing professional development opportunities.
