About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Data Analyst to join our team at Sanctuary Group. As a key member of our Technology department, you will play a crucial role in delivering technology capability to ensure employees have access to the systems they need to perform their duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to create and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models
  • Develop and maintain metadata, including relationships and calculation logic, using data modelling tools
  • Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely, cost-effective, and efficient delivery of data service improvements
  • Design and develop data pipelines and solutions that integrate data from multiple systems and make it easily available for analysis in the cloud
  • Develop and maintain data visualisation and dashboarding tools consuming SAP and non-SAP data
  • Lead and conduct SAP Analytics Cloud projects, including requirement analysis, solution design, implementation, and post-go-live support
  • Promote innovation, best practice, and continual improvement across the team and support the research of new technologies and their suitability for the Group
  • Monitor and ensure data pipelines and analytics workloads are proactively managed for uptime, compliance, governance, and quality
Requirements
  • Degree, management qualification, or relevant professional qualification with SAP Analytics Cloud certification
  • Diploma in Business Analysis or equivalent knowledge and ability
  • SAP Analytics tools experience, including SAP Application Associate - SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) certification
  • Recent experience in a similar role
  • At least one full implementation of designing and developing analytic applications using SAP Analytics Cloud
  • Proven understanding of SAP data structures in modules within ECC, S/4HANA, and/or other cloud products
  • Working knowledge of data management and good practice principles
  • Substantial experience in analysing, diagnosing, and resolving data integration issues
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale data migration projects
