Lead Data Analyst

Sanctuary Group is a leading provider of housing, care, and community services in the UK. We are seeking two experienced Lead Data Analysts to join our team in Worcester.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop and maintain data models, ensuring seamless data integration and analysis.
  • Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver data service improvements in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Design and develop data pipelines and solutions to integrate data from multiple systems and make it easily available for analysis in the cloud.
  • Develop and manage data visualisation and dashboarding tools, leveraging SAP and non-SAP data sources.
  • Deep understanding of SAP Analytics Cloud, including data modelling, reporting, and visual presentations.
  • Lead and conduct SAC projects, including requirement analysis, solution design, implementation, and post-go-live support.
  • Promote innovation and best practice across the team, supporting the research of new technologies and their suitability for the Group.
  • Ensure data pipelines and analytics workloads are proactively monitored for uptime, compliance, governance, and quality.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Business Analysis or equivalent knowledge and ability.
  • SAP Analytics tools, including SAP Application Associate - SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) certification or equivalent experience.
  • At least one full implementation of designing and developing analytic applications using SAP Analytics Cloud.
  • Proven understanding of SAP data structures in modules within ECC, S/4HANA, and/or other cloud products.
  • Working knowledge of data management and good practice principles.
  • Substantial experience of analysing, diagnosing, and resolving data integration issues.
