Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Medical Solutions Specialist to join our CRM team. This role will focus on providing clinical support and technical expertise to assigned accounts at a Territory, Regional, National or EMEA level.
Main Responsibilities- Clinical Support: Provide field/remote clinical support in areas such as case coverage, basic troubleshooting, programming, and patient follow-up for company products.
- Customer Relationships: Develop deep understanding of hospital workflows and business relationships with key decision makers to facilitate future sales.
- Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to achieve projected sales goals and increase sales revenues.
- Education and Training: Provide education support on product usage and customer training.
- Clinical Expertise: Strong clinical background and experience in medical device industry.
