Retirement Plan Administrator Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Retirement Plan Administrator. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing the governance, controls and compliance aspects of our company's pension plans.

Your primary duties will include leading pension plan governance administration, conducting quarterly SOX compliance testing, and coordinating the reporting process to corporate. You will also work closely with internal teams and external auditors to ensure cohesive pension plan management.

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address potential control improvements. A strong understanding of SOX compliance and pension governance is essential, as is proven experience in pension plan administration, financial controls or related roles.

The estimated salary for this position is £41,000-£44,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a dynamic work environment where you can contribute to the success of our company's pension plans.
