We are seeking an experienced candidate for this role as a Waste Water Project Manager for an outstanding company that works across the Midlands region and associated Water companies.


Key Responsibilities:
  • At least 5 years Waste Water industry experience which must include management of field teams and project rollout
  • Experience of waste water network surveys and an ability to build new business
  • A proven history of stakeholder, personnel and financial management
  • Experience of applying risk management principles particularly in relation to the client, workload, scheduling and reporting
  • Full UK driving licence
  • You should be willing to travel regularly spending on average 2 nights a week away from home

Company Overview:

The Company has an increasing number of long-term contracts with all UK utility companies. The contracts rely on accurate and efficient installation and maintenance of a variety of instrumentation from our Field Engineers.


Job Requirements:
  • Monitoring and reporting the progress of projects
  • Working closely with clients in the creation and implementation of instrumentation maintenance strategies
  • Communicate with both the company and client management, ensuring performance, budgets and KPIs are visible. Follow up any business development opportunities whilst also ensuring appropriate ownership of customer assets
  • Ensure contract governance and adherence to contract specifications
  • Quality control and verification of data submitted by Analysts and Senior Project Engineers.

Performance Management:
  • Responsible for all Midlands based project team members - ongoing training and mentoring
  • Day to day liaison with staff - ongoing training, mentoring and auditing

Health and Safety:
  • Identification and management of risk across all activities
  • Responsible for all traffic management safety procedures
