About the Role

Smart Environmental Support Services is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join their team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff rotas, sickness, and holiday. You will also be responsible for recruiting new candidates and managing a pool of existing candidates to ensure the plant is fully staffed at all times.

About the Team

As a key member of the team, you will work closely with the client to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction and upholding the company's reputation for excellent service and compliance. You will also become an expert in the sector, learning all aspects of the business and enabling you to recruit, train, and support the best workforce for the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the smooth running of the facilities
  • Manage staff rotas, sickness, and holiday
  • Recruit new candidates and manage a pool of existing candidates
  • Ensure internal and external customer satisfaction
  • Uphold the company's reputation for excellent service and compliance

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a recruitment background
  • Working knowledge of Health & Safety at work
  • Understanding of waste and recycling collection operations
  • Excellent level of English, both spoken and written
  • Very good level of numeracy
