We are seeking an experienced MRF Operations Manager to oversee the smooth running of our busy facility in Brackley.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in waste management and recycling, with excellent man-management skills and a proven track record of ensuring optimal production.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing all plant operations to ensure efficient and safe production
  • Managing a team of staff to achieve production targets
  • Developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies

Requirements:

  • Excellent safety record, ideally IOSH or NEBOSH qualified
  • Previous experience in the waste management, recycling, or aggregates industry
  • Strong man-management skills and ability to lead a team
