About the Role

As a General Manager at The Botanist, you will be responsible for leading a team of employees and ensuring that the site operates efficiently and effectively. You will have a proven track record in developing people and will be responsible for promoting the development of future managers.

You will work closely with your management team to ensure that the site is running smoothly and that all targets are met. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the site is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.
