About the Opportunity:
This Account Director role offers significant visibility and influence within the organization, putting you in the spotlight. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring a team of account managers and designers to deliver exceptional packaging design projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will be the primary point of contact for a major FMCG client.
- Manage and nurture client relationships, acting as the main liaison between the client and the agency.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to meet client objectives and drive business growth.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Monitor project progress, providing regular updates and reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the client's business, market, and industry trends.
