Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Account Director to join our team. As an Account Director, you will be responsible for managing packaging projects, building great relationships with clients, and leading and motivating the account team to deliver projects on time with top-quality results.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage packaging projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business challenges and objectives.
- Lead and motivate the account team to deliver high-quality results.
- Mentor junior members of the account team to help them achieve their best.
- Responsible for account financials, ensuring they remain profitable and internal and external budgets are met.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience working in an agency setting, with previous experience managing packaging projects.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build great relationships with clients.
- Leadership skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Financial management skills, with the ability to manage account financials.
