Our Opportunity

We are seeking an Assistant Aftersales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Service Department, you will assist the Aftersales Manager with personnel and operations, anticipating and identifying customer needs.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead by example and motivate other team members to achieve their business goals.
  • Maximise the use of all available resources to ensure the department is run in the most effective manner.
  • Have experience in a main dealer and be self-motivated, committed, and tenacious.
  • Have team leadership experience and a proven track record.
  • Be confident in managing guest disputes and have excellent customer service skills.
