We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Aftersales Manager to join our team at TrustFord.

As a key member of our Service Department, you will be responsible for assisting the Aftersales Manager with personnel and operations, anticipating and identifying customer needs, and maximising the use of all available resources to ensure the department is run in the most effective manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example and demonstrate exceptional leadership skills.
  • Have gained experience in a main dealer and possess a proven track record of success.
  • Be self-motivated, committed, and tenacious, with excellent customer service skills.
  • Have team leadership experience and be confident in managing guest disputes.
