Vocational Learning Support Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to fill the role of Learning Support Assistant at Prospero Teaching, supporting children with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

Job Description:
- Role and Responsibilities: As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide personalized support to students with SEMH needs.
- Key Skills and Qualifications: We are looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with students, teachers, and parents. You should have a degree or relevant experience in a related field, such as education or social work.
- Salary and Benefits: The salary for this role is £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive a range of benefits, including professional development opportunities and a supportive working environment.
