About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Landscape Operative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge and passion for maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces. This role involves a variety of tasks related to landscape and maintenance, including mowing, trimming, and weeding to ensure the health and appearance of gardens, building and installing various landscape features using hand tools and power tools, digging holes for planting trees, shrubs, and flowers, and conducting grounds keeping duties to keep outdoor areas clean and free from debris.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance of gardens, ensuring their health and appearance
- Installation of various landscape features using hand tools and power tools
- Digging holes for planting trees, shrubs, and flowers, ensuring proper depth and spacing
- Implementation of new landscaping projects
- Conducting grounds keeping duties to keep outdoor areas clean and free from debris
- Safety and quality inspections and audits
- Client communication and relationship building
- Site inspections and maintenance of site records using our tablet system
Requirements:
The successful candidate will have CSCS, a full driving license with towing, at least 5 years' experience in landscaping, including maintenance, excellent organization and planning skills, and mechanical knowledge for maintaining equipment used in landscaping tasks. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or as part of a team are also essential qualities for success in this role.
Salary and Benefits:
