Clinical Skills and Simulation Facilitator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Skills and Simulation Facilitator to join our team at Appoint Group. As a Clinical Skills and Simulation Facilitator, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering a range of clinical training programs to our healthcare professionals.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established private healthcare provider in South Kent, near Cranbrook. Our hospital is a modern, state-of-the-art facility, rated OUTSTANDING by the CQC, and prides itself on delivering exceptional patient care across a wide range of clinical specialties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver training in life support, manual handling, IV therapy, and core clinical skills.
  • Work with clinical teams and SMEs to keep training content current and in line with best practices.
  • Coordinate and manage training schedules through our hospital's system.
  • Provide expert guidance to ensure staff meet legal and healthcare standards.
  • Address urgent training needs in partnership with the OD team to meet demands swiftly.
Requirements
  • A Resus Council Instructor qualification with experience in delivering life support training.
  • Registration as an Allied Healthcare Professional or Nurse, with relevant clinical training experience.
  • Experience as an Advanced Life Support Practitioner and a solid background in clinical training delivery.
  • A willingness to undertake additional training in clinical skills such as manual handling.
