We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Skills and Simulation Facilitator to join our team at a well-established private healthcare provider in South Kent. As a Clinical Skills and Simulation Facilitator, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering a range of clinical training programs, including Basic Life Support (BLS), Immediate Life Support (ILS), venepuncture, manual handling, and IV cannulation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver training in life support, manual handling, IV therapy, and core clinical skills.
  • Work with clinical teams and subject matter experts to keep training content current and in line with best practices.
  • Coordinate and manage training schedules through our hospital's system.
  • Provide expert guidance to ensure staff meet legal and healthcare standards.
  • Address urgent training needs in partnership with our Organisational Development team to meet demands swiftly.
Requirements
  • A Resus Council Instructor qualification with experience in delivering life support training.
  • Registration as an Allied Healthcare Professional or Nurse, with relevant clinical training experience.
  • Experience as an Advanced Life Support Practitioner and a solid background in clinical training delivery.
  • A willingness to undertake additional training in clinical skills such as manual handling.
