About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Support Worker to provide high-quality care to an individual in Winchester. The ideal candidate will be passionate about empowering individuals to live a meaningful and fulfilled life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide emotional support and companionship to the individual
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and domestic duties
  • Help the individual to access community activities and social events
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet the individual's needs and goals

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in care work or a related field
  • Valid full driving licence (automatic)
  • Enhanced DBS Disclosure
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
