Job Summary

West Drove House is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Childcare Support Worker to join our team in the Wiltshire area. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to vulnerable young people aged 7-18 with social, emotional, and mental health difficulties (SEMH).

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized support and care to residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the creation and implementation of personalized care plans, ensuring residents' needs are met and exceeded.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of strategies to improve resident outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other professionals, such as therapists and educators, to ensure a holistic approach to resident care.

Requirements

  • Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle required.
  • Patience, resilience, and calmness in a fast-paced environment.
