The Role: Residential Childcare Support Worker
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Residential Childcare Support Workers. In this role, you will play a vital part in the daily lives of our young residents, providing them with guidance, support, and encouragement.
Responsibilities:
- Create a safe and supportive environment for children.
- Assist with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
- Provide emotional support and guidance to children.
- Implement behavior management strategies in a positive and constructive manner.
