The Role: Residential Childcare Support Worker

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Residential Childcare Support Workers. In this role, you will play a vital part in the daily lives of our young residents, providing them with guidance, support, and encouragement.

Responsibilities:

  • Create a safe and supportive environment for children.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to children.
  • Implement behavior management strategies in a positive and constructive manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure the well-being of the children.

Requirements:

  • Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle
  • A genuine passion for working with young people.
  • Patience, resilience, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
