- Design, deliver, and evaluate the learning and development offering across the business, ensuring equality of access for all.
- Liaise with the Responsible Business Unit and Staff Network Groups to devise the EDI Learning and Development strategy and implementation plan.
- Continuously improve and implement career pathways, leveraging work where appropriate.
- Lead the completion of Training Needs Analyses, collate data, and design L&D events to plug gaps.
- Partner with a range of depots, departments, and divisions as a key account manager.
- Drive the completion rates of Growth Chats and Conversations, and extract training requirements.
- Basic education (numeracy and literacy) - ESSENTIAL
- Education to Bachelor's degree or similar professional qualification - ESSENTIAL
- Management or CIPD qualification at Level 5 or relevant work experience - ESSENTIAL
- Evidence of continuing professional development - ESSENTIAL
- Project management qualification or relevant experience - ESSENTIAL
- Significant experience in developing and delivering high-quality training programs.
- Experience in preparing strategic reports for Executive Board level.
- Provision of a strategic L&D business partnering service to managers.
- Use of HR data to build a business case for point-of-need development.
