Court of Protection Paralegal Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Paralegal to join our team and support our busy Partner on court of protection matters. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and ambitious individual to gain valuable experience in a reputable practice.

About the Role
  • Support the Partner on court of protection matters, working closely with the team to deliver high-quality results.
  • Assist with case preparation, research, and document drafting, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of court of protection procedures and legislation, staying up-to-date with changes and updates.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
Requirements
  • 1+ years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a law firm or legal practice.
  • Strong understanding of court of protection procedures and legislation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently, with a high level of attention to detail.
