Court of Protection Paralegal Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Paralegal to join our team and support our busy Partner on court of protection matters. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and ambitious individual to gain valuable experience in a reputable practice.

About the Role
  • Support the Partner on court of protection matters, including preparation of court documents and attendance at court hearings.
  • Conduct research and provide advice on court of protection law and procedure.
  • Assist with the management of client files and maintain accurate records.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 1+ years' experience of dealing with court of protection matters within a firm renowned for their offerings.
  • Ambitious and hard-working individual with a willingness to learn and develop skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
