We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our teams as a Care Team Manager in the Bridport area. As a Care Team Manager, you'll play a central role in managing and inspiring our teams to deliver compassionate, high-quality care. You'll be responsible for fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration, ensuring our services surpass the expectations of our users and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage teams, ensuring the delivery of care that aligns with our mission and exceeds user expectations.
  • Implement personalized care plans and foster an environment of co-production and high-quality service.
  • Oversee compliance with regulations and governance, ensuring a safe and supportive setting.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in care provision.
  • Collaborate with teams and external stakeholders to coordinate comprehensive support services.

About You:

  • Leadership Excellence: demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams, enhancing service delivery.
  • Professional Expertise: solid experience in social care, particularly with learning disabilities and/or mental health needs. Prepared to attain or have QCF level 5 or equivalent.
  • Operational Acumen: skilled in budget management, workforce planning, and regulatory compliance.
  • Strategic Thinker: proficient in overseeing operations, implementing service improvements, and managing change.
  • Communicator: strong interpersonal skills to maintain positive relationships and promote teamwork.
