About the Role

  • Handle Complaints: Respond promptly and professionally to any client complaints or concerns.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Ensure that all care provided is accurately documented and recorded.

Requirements
  • Previous Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a care coordination role is essential.
  • Qualifications: NVQ Level 2/3 in Health and Social Care is preferred.
  • Compliance Knowledge: A strong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance is required.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to effectively interact with clients, care workers, and external agencies.
