Customer Service and Operations Remediation Specialist

As a specialist Remediation team member, you will be working together to deliver successful outcomes for the business and our customers. Your key responsibilities will include responding to customer queries promptly and tactfully within our SLAs, investigating queries, completing administration tasks, and supporting business processes and procedures.

Your day-to-day will involve:

  • Delivering successful outcomes for customers by understanding their needs and the business requirements.
  • Responding to complex customer queries and processing transactions.
  • Collecting and analysing information from customers and businesses.
  • Participating in initiatives to improve customer service, processes, and procedures.
  • Reviewing processing errors and customer complaints to identify trends and training needs.

To excel in this role, you will need strong customer service abilities, customer and industry knowledge, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. You will also need good organisational skills to deliver to deadlines and perform well under pressure while maintaining high levels of accuracy.

This role requires knowledge and experience of Remediation, an awareness of changes in trends, policies, and regulations, and an understanding of our industry and its customers. You will also need experience of managing stakeholder relationships.

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, with a minimum of 2 days per week spent in our Manchester office. You will work from home for the remainder of the time. Please note that this role is not eligible for Skilled Worker Visa sponsorship, so applicants must have an alternative form of right to work in the UK.
