CRU International Limited is seeking a highly skilled Cost Analyst to join our Aluminium team in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for researching, maintaining, developing, and improving CRU's cost models and analysis across the aluminium supply chain, including bauxite mining, alumina refining, and aluminium smelters, power tariffs, casthouses, and rolling mills.

This role requires a strong quantitative background, with an engineering degree and background from a top British university or equivalent qualification from a leading university outside of the UK. The ideal candidate will have the ability to research effectively from primary and secondary sources, draw meaning from data and qualitative information, and critically analyse data to identify trends and key drivers.

The successful candidate will be a natural collaborator, with excellent communication skills and the ability to build, maintain, and grow an effective network. They will also have a strong attention to detail and the ability to ensure accurate and well-presented work with good writing skills.

CRU operates on a global basis, so the jobholder must expect to communicate across offices and time zones. Some international business travel, as well as local travel, will also be required.
