Parking Adjudication Officer Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Parking Adjudication Officer to join our team at CRA GROUP LIMITED. As a key member of our Parking Services department, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support for the decriminalized Enforcement Process of Penalty Charge Notices issued to both stationary and moving vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical advice and guidance to customers, both written and verbal, and present a positive and professional image at all times.
  • Process and manage applications to the County Court and deal with bailiff enquiries.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain secure, effective, and quality systems and procedures to ensure service delivery meets customer needs.
  • Prepare and present information on behalf of the service, including management and statistical information for audit purposes.
  • Organize and attend regular team and service meetings, contribute ideas, and make recommendations for improvements and changes in existing procedures, policies, and processes.

Requirements:

  • Experience of using the 3sixty parking system is essential.
  • Proven word processing and keyboard skills, together with experience in administrative/clerical work, preferably dealing with enquiries and complaints from the public.
  • Experience of procedures and knowledge relating to the processing of Penalty Charge Notices in line with legislation is desirable.
