Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Education and SEN Lawyer to join our team at Sellick Partnership. As an Education and SEN Lawyer, you will be responsible for handling a caseload of SEND matters, dealing with SEND tribunals, drafting local authority responses, position statements, casework, and collating final evidence. You will also be responsible for drafting witness statements, chairing legal planning and pre-hearing meetings, and providing general education law advice to client departments and schools.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or Legal Executive
  • Some understanding and experience of SEND is essential
